Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Brenton Lux is not responsible for any additional fees incurred once the order has been shipped.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons or high demand periods
Brenton Lux is not liable for such delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
